- Community features (like forums only better) that allow users to provide ideas and ask questions.
- Request a telephone callback for the fuzzy questions (via email).
To get FAQ, Knowledgbase or email response support, click on the HELP button below..... Relevant FAQ and Knowledgebase articles will be presented...and if none answer your question, then an opportunity to email a question is displayed, which creates a support ticket. Support ticket responses are handled in priority order...ie urgent issues pop to the top of the list
